It has been a Wonderful experience having used Snellgrove & Caylor for my HVAC overhaul. Starting from the beginning David Caylor coming to give me an estimate and personally calling me back the next day with pricing, then Nicki helping me set up my Financing part in less then 10 minutes. A testament to a good company is that they don’t have any open appointments until 3 months from now. I talked to the receptionist and she was very friendly but told me that they are swamped and are not taking any new customers. I asked when I could get an appt. and she told me that they can’t take any new customers until November. Always be wary of a company that can immediately take a job. There’s probably a reason for that. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I couldn’t get service!
