AWESOME! Snellgove and Caylor Heating and Air Conditioning came to our rescue. They sent Michael as technician on Friday, April 26 to troubleshoot our unit. We needed a part which they rush ordered and installed it today, April 29. When their dispatcher Nikki found out I have COPD, she offered a portable air conditioner to be installed by their tech AT NO CHARGE! We ended up not needing it, but the offer alone was great. The part was under warranty so all we paid was a service call. I highly recommend Snellgove and Caylor. It's rare to find such customer service with a heart.

Incredible service. The technician had my heat working in less then 5 minutes where two other techs from other companies were unable to get going. He also cleaned the coils while he was here to prevent another service call. I definitely recommend them.
